There is nothing called that in the market.

Figured there wasn't. Its a messenger that is used with office. If u have a windows based phone u can get it.

Communicator = Lync

Microsoft released their next version called Lync 2010 and there are mobile clients. I have not seen an official version yet but aLync can be found at the android market. Both a trial version and a full paid version are available.
