will i still get a ota notification when Verizon sends it

I'm in upstate New York and I don't think they have pushed the it up here yet so yesterday I did the manual install from SD card got file from droidlife.com will I still get a notification when they push it up here

DERP! i missed a few words. yes if you are on the .16 build then no you wont. (if that is the final build they will release.) if it isn't then yes you would receive a notification.
