I'll be picking this up in the summer. I have wireless tether on my D1 and therefor don't need a data plan ( as long as this works ). Has anyone used wireless tether for their Xoom?

I cannot get the D1 to tether to the xoom. Not can I get it to BT connect. Hope you have better luck.

I played around with the store model at best buy and tethered both my Droid 1 and my wife's r2d2. I just followed the post on these forums for Bluetooth tether for Droid. Regular wifi worked on d2

Maybe during the summer, you can get a unit with 4g already installed for $599.
