Wifi turns on automatically when airplane mode turns off.

Since I updated to ICS whenever I take the phone out of airplane mode, wifi turns on automatically. I found a setting in the advanced wifi settings called "Never Auto Turn On Wi-Fi". I have that option enabled but wifi still turns on when I come out of airplane mode. Does anyone have a fix to this annoying problem? Thanks.

I don't have a fix, and I don't have ICS yet, but this sounds like a similar issue with GB and GPS. I always thought it sucked that even when you choose do not warn again, about your GPS settings, it always did. That's so stupid. I'm wondering if this will be one of the same type things. Nothing you pick or choose will stop this from happening.
