Wifi issue

Whenever I connect to my Wifi network it works fine for a few minutes. After a few mintues it says it is still connected but I cannot connect to the internet or use any app that requires intenet access. I have to turn off the Wifi to get access again.

I have the same issue on my droid x wen I am connected to an n router. Works fine when connected to a g router tho.
