WiFi & Bluetooth issues on RAZR HD... I simply have major issues with

my phone connecting to various WiFi locations and Bluetooth.... and, yes, other devices are connecting but this phone just become buggy the last month. Could a new launcher possibly affect communication? I have reset routers, Bluetooth devices, ad nauseum... the phone can see the SSID but all it says is that it's saved with the encryption type.... checked, rechecked passwords very carefully.... aaaargh...

Are there new issues with yet another Motorola device (I have had 4 RAZR in less than a year and I take IMMACULATE care of my phones...
