Bluetooth and Wifi randomly disconnecting

Hi everyone, I am not sure this goes here, but I am putting it here because I suspect my issue could be a software issue. I got my Moto X (2013) right before the new Moto X came out. Prior to that, I had a phone that was stuck with Jellybean. Since I have been using the new phone, I have noticed that it will randomly disconnect from bluetooth or wifi and then immediately reconnect again. This never happened on the old phone, or at least if it did, it wasn't frequently enough for me to notice. So on the new phone, I have noticed it doing this, and at least twice it has happened while I was in the car, using the phone on bluetooth so it is slightly annoying. Then, we tried out a Droid Turbo and I noticed it would do the same thing. So I am not sure if this is a software or a hardware issue, but I wanted to see if anyone else has had this problem?
