wierd red border??

View attachment 44085 ok so on the picture it looks more orange but i have been getting this weird red border on my phone i wish there was one thing that made it happen but I can't pinpoint what is making it do this.. anyone have any similar issues or have I enabled something weird on my phone?

I don't think I have this but bump to see if anyone knows.

Actually, check out the developer settings..it almost seems like one of the weird debug options is on like screen touch or window update or something.

That must have been it one of them was disabled and when I disabled the option it still did it but after a reboot and unchecking the option it isn't happening anymore.
