Widget Locker

Is anyone in here proficient with the new Widget Locker v2? I just have a few questions is all.

I just installed WL today. Under settings, you can choose an alternate wallpaper. I'm probably wrong but, I was assuming that this meant you could dispaly a different wallpaper on your lockscreen than you have on your desktop. I checked the box "alternate wallpaper", and chose one from my wallpaper gallery. But, when the lockscreen is displayed, it's still the same wallpaper as my desktop.

that's odd. i just tested it out and my new wallpaper stuck. maybe try running through the selection process one more time to make sure you didnt miss something.

Yeah it's always worked fine for me too and I have a Droid 1.

Can't imagine what I could possibly doing wrong.

 

[Droid Firefighter]

Could be that you're on a gingerbread ROM. WL may not be optimized for it.
