Widget Backup?

Does anyone know of a app that will backup your homescreen widgets? I use quite a few widgets on my homescreen and each time I switch ROMs, I have to re-add them. Since I use Multicon, I have a ton of shortcuts to apps (which are embedded in the Multicon widget) that I have to re-add.

Anyone know of one they can share?

Can't be done to my knowledge, due to limitations of the Android OS
