Why does my Samsung Note 3 Reboots it self?

This has happened 3 times in two days.

My Galaxy Note keeps rebooting too! and when it does, all my installed applications are gone and I`d have to download them again! it`s annoying! what seems to be the problem? appreciate a quick response. thank you.

My phone still reboots but only once or twice a week.
