Well, why don't you try contacting with the US Cellular support seeking the unlock code ! I am sure they are the only person who can help you out with the unlock code !

Are you trying to use it on another carrier or is it locked with a security code? The security code and unlocking the device to use on another carrier are two completely different objectives.
