Why does a song show up twice in my music folder when I download it?

I am using 4Shared Music to download songs to my Motorola Citrus. When it downloads, 2 copies of the song are in my music folder, I tried deleting one of them and the other still shows up, but won't play. How do I download only one song, and how do I clean out my music folder successfully?
