Why are NFL fans /front office so impatient

They came off a lock out and yet you have teams firing coaches. Raheem Morris actually was doing good in Tampa Bay. Yeah he had a set back but he lost out on training camp. People need to sit back and give coaches time again and stop wanting to get fire happy. I remember the niners had Mariucci and they fired him cuz he got them to the playoffs but could quite get them to the next level, then the ream went in to a slump of just hoping to make it past .500. All I am saying is if a coach is winning give him time. The coaches can not play the game and plus other factors play in ie injuries, bad calls, momentum.

Unfortunately the world of sports is unforgiving. Then again it depends on the franchise as well. I think they let Morris go too soon, he was a pretty good coach. Seems this was the season to fire a lot of coaches though...
