A while back I ran across a thread that asked, "what if I don't want the update and how do you stop it?"
It went into details about editing some kind of script, so when the update comes, Verizon will already think you have it. I believe it was a Peter Alfonso post about Bugless Beast. Could even be here.
So my question is for all the savvy people out there...If I don't want the update or don't want it to keep prompting me how do I do it?
Now my guess is your answer is going to be as simple as ignore it and it wont come back. If so this is one heck of a wasted thread and I hope it gets pulled. But if I happen to be sleeping, and they push an update out, I don't want something to go wrong. I don't think it will but would like to make sure.
