WHo still doesn't have 2.1???

I have not received the OTA yet, but I am rooted. I am waiting for my wifes phone to get it and still nothing yet. I know I will eventually switch over, but will wait til it's rooted. I am excited to see it though, keep checkin my wifes phone daily.

I didn't get a notification for 2.1, but on Saturday I went to Settings->About Phone->Updates and it was there. I didn't read through this thread, sorry if this is a repost. My roommate encountered the same thing. No notification, but ability to get the update OTA.

my step father (Apollyon67 on here though he's posted even less than me) hasn't gotten it yet. He's in southern MD, a lil rural, but not too much. We can get 3G etc, but it's not the strongest (esp. in the house). I had him put his wifi on and set to never turn off hoping it would help him get it overnight, but nothing yet (as of the last I spoke with him). I gloat that I have mine and he doesn't, he won't let me touch his phone either...

I received the notification to update but clicked "install later" since I was rushing out the door to work. I since have not been able to get the update. It keeps telling me I am up-to-date even though my firmware is only 2.0.1.
