I'm asking around to see what locations have received the OTA because I have yet to receive it. I'm in north east Ohio. Just simply asking where the update is available currently.

Just finished the install, central Indiana. Odd thing though, got a message that the update failed, but I'm now on 9.16.6 with 4.1.2. And as was mentioned before, I kept root.
