Yea there is a web interface htc ime mod if you search google. It allows you to build you own custom htc ime keyboard.

gimpsta.com/themer is the site for the high res HTCIme keyboard....you will need to download the HiResClicker APK file also to get the calibration to work. you will have to do a google search for hi res clicker, it should be on the xda forums somwhere, if you cant find it. I can put it on here, i have the file on my phone
