Which Rom for smoothness and liability

I have a thunderbolt with the mr2 radio I was wondering what roms you have tried that work the best I hate the lag when typing a message I also need one that will allow a wireless teatherto work

liquids new sense rom is nice, has some sense3.0elements, ginger theory 4.5 is also a good sense rom.
