Which one should I chose

My HTC sensation is running sense 3.0 so I'm going to root it and I want to chose which system should I put, should I put sense 3.5 or should I change it to ice cream sandwich Android 4.0 + HTC sense 3.5 (which is a beta version), so even if I update it to HTC sense 3.5 will I get app updates such as HTC hub or HTC like and will I get system updates and can I download these system updates, thanks.
