I currently have the original droid. I love it. However, I want a few hardware things that it doesn't have. I've rooted it and tried the newer versions of android and I like them, it lags a little bit so a big thing I want is more ram and a better processor. I'd also like a front-facing camera and hdmi output.
I will be using the hdmi output a lot (mostly for netflix), the front facing camera somewhat, and the cpu speed is important to me.
I'd also like the phone to not have a slide out keyboard, I rarely use it and it stops me from getting the kind of case I like (rubber ones that don't add so much bulk).
I understand that there are a few phones right now that offer hdmi output and front-facing camera, just curious which one runs the smoothest.
