Which Droid to Buy?

Currently using a Motorola Q. Wanting to upgrade to a Droid, and not sure which one to choose. Should I upgrade to the HTC Incredible or the Motorola X?

The size difference doesn't really matter. I pretty much just use the phone for phone calls, texting, e-mail and internet. So the difference in HD size doesn't seem to matter.

Which phone performs the fastest and smoothest?

When I was playing around with the phones at the store, it appears that the Incredible is a little more user friendly as well.

Has anyone recently changed from the Incredible to the X? What do you think?

I've got a D1 and my wifes got the X, I really like the X. Played with the Inc for a little, but the sense UI doesn't do it for me. I like the X's size and speed. If you're choosing between those 2 I would take the X.

i prefer hard keyboards. Droid x to me was huge. Droid 2 is great. (none of these were good enough for me to upgrade though.)

If a physical keyboard doesn't matter to you, i'd go for the Droid X

If you want a physical keyboard i'd go for the Droid 2.

I have a droid 1. I'd get a droid 2 right now, but i'm waiting to see that the "Drod Pro" really is before I make my decision.
