Which bluetooth earpiece for Thunderbolt handsfree dialing?

And which voice recognition and voice dialing apps work with it?

I have a Jawbone Prime on hold for $21.00 and the Icon is $42.00. Reviews in the past give Jawbone good marks but some accounts I've read suggest the T-Bolt seems to be finicky about BT earpieces.
