Where to begin ?? (Want to upgrade to GB)

I've currently got a rooted DX running stock 2.2 but want to upgrade to GB (once they have root figured out which sounds like they are very close).

I just haven't messed with my phone for some time and am looking for some guidance as to where to begin. I'm not afraid of using any of the tools (RDS Lite, etc.) It's just been awhile since I worked with them in the past so looking for a good set of clear instructions as to where to begin.

The instructions are in the DX GB thread I believe. That would probably be your best bet.
