Where or who is the best person to ask about test rom glitches/bugs etc

As the title states, I am currently testing a rom for a guy at PPCgeeks. I have a few issues and I know he is as well with how this rom is running. I just need to know if theres someone I can talk to about this or should I state the issues i and he is having here? Since I am not the builder and I have been in direct contact with him, we would both sincerly appreciate all the help we can get.

well ha and I have been in direct contact, this is his first Incredible rom. (He does not own the device) If theres nothing he can door if theres bugs etc and would like fixes, thats the answer Im looking for
