Where do pictures store on the memory card?

i had to format my memory card and now i do not have a folder that was dedicated to pictures, i placed some photos on my sd card from my computer but they dont show on my gallery, i was wondering if i had to create a folder or what i had to do to ge the pics

The folder where the pictures are saved is: dcim/camera

So when you transferred them from the computer to the SD card, you didn't specify a folder for them? Sounds like they'd be in / on the card, then.

Yep, worst case scenerio you can always mount it to the PC then do a file search (assuming you have Windows) for *.jpg, *.bmp, etc. to find them. But yea, by default camera pics are in dcim/camera.
