Where do I find my notes?

Recently switched from Verizon LG to Samsung Galaxy 3. When purchased everything was transferred to new phone. So far I have been unable to find my notes froM previous phone in the Samsung. Where do I look? Thanks.

i didnt think that "everything" included anything other than contacts (+ whatever google decided to backup and re-install for you automatically, which should be minimal for a new phone)

That is what I thought. Salesman told me they would be in "s" file. Not there. Guess I will have to try and remember as many as I can. Wish I had known that ahead of time.

Do you still have the LG? Can you still access the notes on that? What app are you using for notes? Maybe you could back up the notes via wifi or save them to SD card and then transfer to the new phone.

from the lg, copy (share) the notes to google drive, then you should have access from any device you use, i.e. phone, pc, tablet.
