Where are my apps?

Had to do a factory reset to fix my clock. Saved my apps to my sim card, but when I brought the phone back up they are gone. Is there any way to get my apps back? Especially the ones I had to purchase. Any advice woudl be appreciated.

You should be able to re-download the paid apps for free from Market. They're linked to the gmail account you used to set up the phone.
