Where are excel/word documents stored?

When I drag an excel spreadsheet or word document from my PC to my Droid, and unmount, where are the documents stored on the Droid? Verizon level 2 tech support didn't know.

If I reconnect the Droid to the PC I can see the documents actually transferred and are on the Droid but searching doesn't find them and I don't see any folders containing them. Pictures/video work fine.

What are you using to search for them? Are you using astro? I would just create a folder on my sd card and call it documents, or work or something. Save all of those files in there. Then just use astro to navigate to it and you should be fine.

Mine are stored in a folder I created on my SD card (name - MICROSOFT). My Documents to Go accesses them just fine! cuskit
