Where are apps stored on the SDCard after Apps2SD?

I just got my Droid 2 and I need to delete unused apps from my 16GB SDcard. Where can I find them and how?

You delete them the same way as if they were on the device.
Either go to settings- manage applications-downloads, pick the app and uninstall or go to the market - my apps, pick the app and uninstall.

I mean apps that your current phone cannot access because they were installed with a different phone.
