What will Asurion swap out a Droid 3 for?

To make a long story short, I have had issue after issue with the droid 3 and im just going to call and request a diffrent device because my keyboard is not working on it now. I would honestly love to have a bionic but I dont know how likley that will be. My warranty is with assurion not Verizon even though that is my carrier. If you guys could give me a little insight that would be great.

They would probably spring for the bionic, considering it's pretty much the same phone minus the keyboard. They usually just won't give you new top line phones... Ie Nexus, Rezound, Razr.
