What should I choose......?......galaxy S4 or iPhone 5s

I'm using galaxy s3 now.I want change my smart phone soon.but I can't decide which phone is the best for me,galaxy s4 or iPhone 5s.

budget & key features are....

a) up to 400$-420$
b) good RAM,CPU & screen resolution
C) Android Or IOS.....(confused)
d) strong battery life

Before I make any suggestions, any reason as to why you want to upgrade? Especially since you own an s3, why the s4? I wouldn't say there's a real significant difference between the two, but only you can decide whether it's worth the upgrade or not.

Also, why you are possibly choosing the iPhone?

I also see the S4 as an incremental upgrade over the S3. I'm waiting to see the S5. The Note series are too big for wife and I.
