What Quadrant scores are you getting with your ROM/kernel/etc. On your D1?

I was just wondering what everyones Quadrant scores were, because my girlfriend got a D2 and it was only 973 or something. I ran it on my D1, and got 1135. I don't know if that's good or not, but I was surprised it was faster. I used Z4root on hers, but that's it. Still need to "debloat" it. I am running BB 6.1 with slayhers lv 1.0ghz kernel.

Is this good, or can I do better with this? I certainly got rid of redraws after flashing the slayher lv 1ghz kernel... but that's another thread.

Simply Stunning 5.1
Chevy's LV 1.2 kernel
Simply Stunning has been the fastest and smoothest rom by a long shot for me!!!

I just flashed SS 5.2 so when I get everything set up, I'll post those scores.

Holy scrap, that's awesome! Now I want to try that kernel and see what improvement I get. Then maybe that ROM.

Yeah, I rooted it so she could use wifi tether but I haven't done anything else to it yet. She's a little hesitant to let me flash a ROM.

How are your CPU temps? I tried the 1.0 kernel first to see if I got any weird temps or bootloops. It's been running smooth for a couple weeks, so I think I may try Chevys now. Only time it got a little warm was when using navigation, but it's always done that... even stock.

Alright, so I flashed the 7 slot LV 1.2 kernel. Improved some. I'll run Quadrant again later a few times and see how consistent it is. Got a 1218 this time. I'm definitely going to try SS at some point as well. BB is running smooth for me though, so I didn't feel like wiping my data and reinstalling all my apps just yet. I'm at work right now anyway ;-)

Another tip, run quadrant three times back to back. For some reason you get the fastest results on the third try.

I'm at 1559 in quadrant running SS5.2 with 1.2 lv kernel set at 800 min and 1200 max on interactive

I get 12-14 hours out of it. I'm in sales so I am always on the phone or reading emails. I run 125 min and 800 Max for daily use

That's pretty good. I don't care much about battery life since I have a charger everywhere, lol, I was just curious what you were seeing.

I know. I'll try it again when I flash SS. I suspect it runs better with its own ROM.
