What phone/dialer app do you use?

I currently use go dialer. It is similar to dialer one. It has the ability to search contacts t9 style. Both are very good in my opinion

I'm still with the stock one..
...so can I just remove the stock dialer app if I got some other ones?

Don't remove them. When you hang up from a call it will ask which program you want to use and just make the new dialer the default.

I use stock. What are you specifically looking for that stock doesn't offer? Answering that question and using that answer as your criteria is a more productive approach than randomly polling and going with the most popular option. If you have needs/wants that aren't met then search around for a solution that fills the gap. Don't assume that your needs/wants are universal and vice versa.

I don't need much more than the regular phone - BUT...

I would like to be able to use the groups I have set up in Google. Like, I have a family group, a friends group, etc. The stock phone app doesn't let you use these groups.

Any thoughts on a good phone replacement that will let me use groups?

Most phone replacement apps handle the google groups, so I would like to still ask for thoughts on what replacement phone apps people use.

I have my contacts separated in groups in my Gmail also, I very rarely use my stock phone dialer when I make a call. I usually go to my contacts and call through there. I have the stock contacts app and haven't really looked for another. I've only had my Revo for a couple of weeks now but haven't had any major issues with the dialer or contact app.

I've never even heard of anyone actually wanting a replacement dialier...what's wrong with the stock one the phone comes with? As long as the number buttons work, and you can dial a call, you should be fine. Let's not get too carried away here...lol
