Well I've finally decided to get rid of my iPhone 5 and I've ordered a GS5. The last android I had was the original razr and I was very disappointed. Hopefully the GS5 doesn't disappoint.
Next week my kids are up for an upgrade and just in time for their birthdays. So they one getting my S4 (perfect condition) and the other one is getting my wifes iphone 5. My wife and i will be getting new S5's buy one get one free.
Well I'm not getting a 5 now. Just in a week's time waiting for my other sons upgrade date Verizon did away with buy one get one free for $200. Even though the store rep told us the deal would be going through May. Well my s4 has been flawless so I really couldn't swallow paying $200 each. So I went to best buy and picked up 2 more s4s for $50 each. My son got one and ny wife got the other which will be a huge upgrade from her iPhone 5. My other son got her 5. He is a big Apple fan.
Not all a loss for me. The Verizon rep told us that an iPhone 4 that we had laying around they would credit us $100 for it. So I ended up getting LG 8.3" tablet 4g Lte for $100 out of pocket.
I've owned tons of android phones and I always end up going back to an iphone. I'm hoping that this S5 keeps me from returning to Apple again. The thing I love about the iPhones are just how smooth everything operates whether it be a built in app or a downloaded app. The thing just never slows down. That's been a major issue I've had with androids. Hopefully all that has been worked out since my razr lol.

My Motorola's seemed to get slower overtime but our galaxy S4's have been solid performers. My wife just got rid of her iPhone 5 to goto the S4. S5 should even better. She liked her old droidx better than her iPhone.
We are Apple fans. We only use Apple computers at home. But,the iPhone and its IOS doesn't compare to android and Samsung. The build quality of the iPhone is great and the iPhone was the 1st smart phone as we know them today but they just aren't as intuitive or featured filled as most android phones.

I agree with everything you said. The other thing I hated about android was the battery life. My iPhones have always gotten me through the day without a charger. I hear that new androids have much better battery life as well.

I have 3 S4. I looked at the S5 as possible upgrades. After playing with it, I decided to stay with the S4 for now. There just wasn't enough to warrant the cost to upgrade. The S4 is still rocking.
