What Phone Are You Upgrading From?

Coming from a Droid Bionic that I bought way back in Sept of 2011. It was definitely time for an upgrade!

Upgraded from S3.

32GB Moto Razr. Was a great phone, until the last OTA update. Conspiracy theorist in me thinks VZW bricked it on purpose! Not really bricked, but immediately after the update it went from lightning fast to constantly freezing and force quitting apps. VZW blamed moto, moto blamed VZW, almost went to tmobile over it...almost.

Next week my kids are up for an upgrade and just in time for their birthdays. So they one getting my S4 (perfect condition) and the other one is getting my wifes iphone 5. My wife and i will be getting new S5's buy one get one free.

I'm going to jump my note, the ultra battery mode has me wanting. I'm also trying to get into one phone (I have a huge phone and a tiny phone) - I think I gear towards the 5 inch size a little better.

took advantage of the BOGO, replacing the wife's Razr and my Razr Maxx HD with S5's. Mildly pissed at Verizon at the moment though, will deal with them tomorrow.

Congrats to you and everyone who is getting the S5! Been there done that with Verizon more times than I would have liked. We stick with VZ because they give the best coverage for us here.

That's been my debate for quite some time. Right now the S5 wins out because I figure I've got my N7 for the times I want a little larger screen.

In June I'll be upgrading from my RAZR HD Maxx. So tired of this phone. Both of my motos have been great for the first year and then turned into bricks as time went on. Not to mention the sub par cameras

It is a great upgrade from the S4. You won't feel like you got a new phone. Take the S4 strip away some of the gimmicks upgrade the speed and fluidity along with a better camera, water resistance, and screen and you basically have it. This was a huge step up without feeling lost
