So...I've had a problem with my calls getting lost...come to find out my incall lockscreen is not working properly..the tech guy at verizon says I need to reset and gives me instuctions on how to do it....
turn off phone,
take out battery,
hold power key for3 sec,
press volume down key and hold for 30 sec,
reinstall the battery and power up, should fix my problem.
Question is...has any one ever heard of this method and will it work w/a rooted phone?
BTW...this is on my Tbolt.
