My sister got me a job at a shoe store on the side lol. But money is money and I'll take what I can get!

Are you studying to be a pilot??? It's a ton of fun but a hard road! I am a CFII [flight instructor] and have been teaching for a little over two years. One of these days Ill move on but you have to put in the time

I've got a buddy that did that until he got enough hours to go work for american. Its still not good money and crazy schedule but if you can get into charter in the future its worth it. I used to design/certify Leather flight controls and riding in one of those on a performance takeoff is better than a roller coaster. I love my field.

And sorry if I offend but to those saying its hard to find a job I guess its right if your not looking, I worked at the same job for almost 4 years and because I grew tired of it I started looking, with in a month found one and have been at it for 4 months....

Well they have to have a pilot to guide the space shuttle so i would say they have to have a pilot and co-pilot for a space shuttle

That's really cool! I like technical fields such as aircraft engineering and the like! And LearJets are great planes. So light and quick!

Yes astronauts are pilots. They are selected from the military and are the very best. There is actually a Southwest pilot out here that is an astronaut and he flies his sick little monster of an aerobatic plane out of our airport on occasion. I guess once you've been to space you have to go a little crazy to get your kicks! Haha.
