I've been reading around about this new overclocking app and they say its lmpressive! But I wonder since it shows your Max speed..... what was yours? and how much did it settle down to for functionality? Please share your experience here. Thanks in advance.

Mine got up to 1485 or so, but it selected 1210 for me.

1210 works great, but I dropped my voltage down from what it had been set to, I now run:
300 @ 20vsel
600 @ 35vsel
800 @ 45vsel
1210 @ 66vsel

Great battery life and great performance for me.

Currently running 1250 at 65. I've been at and a little over 1300 without problems, haven't tried anything too high.

I'm using the QuickClock Advanced from the Market. Really happy with it.

1490@72 vsel. Was blown away, totally stable.

Running regularly however on
1350@64
1100@52
650@36
400@17

I tried 1450Mhz for a little, seemed to run fine, then i got a lot of force closes then it failed to boot. I had to had reset haha. My X runs daily on 1300Mhz very stable and reliable. I use Jrummy's Overclock program.

Using JRummy's Droid Overclock app I can do 1.45GHz and be stable....no fc's and no reboots. dancedroid My first DX would only do 1.35GHz.

Using QuickCLock (rubiX Edition included with rubiX 1.9.7) it sets my speed at 1.236GHz. At that speed my temps never go about 105*F. It's surely the safer way to go.

JRummy has a ton of great features. I usually use his app to undervolt for max batt life.

I'm on liberty now and am thinking about flashing back to the new version of rubix...has anyone switched like that and did you see any problems?

I was on rubiX, then tried Liberty briefly just to come back to rubiX. Just be sure to wipe data and cashe. Only issue was the M logo was replaced with LIBERTY. From what I hear you can change that while on the Liberty rom to the stock M before you flash a new one. If that doesn't work then Team Black Hat has a file to restore it.

Why did you change back?

Everything is just faster with rubiX. The menu actions, transitions, the overall feel and flow is unmatched in my book. To be fair, I didn't try Liberty for an entire day. Maybe about 12 hours of total play time with it. So I haven't explored every detail of Liberty. RubiX just feels at home on my DX.
