The screen size. I don't think I would ever want anything smaller.
Probably nothing any bigger either.

Gotta say the screen as well.
On all previous Windows Mobile phones I had, I had unlimited data and hardly used the browser, but with this large screen size I can actually surf websites and read stuff

I also love the fact that I never have to "manage" memory. I just use the phone and it works. (If it had an unlocked bootloader, I would love it more *shrug* ) but that is an android thing, not just the Droid x.

The screen. I had the D1, but when my friend brought his X to work, I was like wow that's a huge screen. So I got the X too now.
