What is the max Mega Pixels in a video webcam I can view on my droid with ICam Viewer

I am in the process of buying a web cam that I can view on my droid with I Cam Viewer and was wondering if I should limit my choices to as 2 MP webcam, 3 MP webcam, etc.?

I think you should be more concerNed about what resolution to set with the camera, although I think the Droid ipcam app handles that
