There won't be on-screen buttons in the update. The existing physical buttons will be used. ICS can do either depending on the phone and the manufacturer.
Lock screen, chrome browser, speed and interface improvements including theme. Improved Gmail, hopeful camera improvements. Possible AOKP, CM9 full support. just overall app compatibility with ICS only apps.
I'm excited about the color change... I like pink and purple polka dots
Seriously, since I haven't tried it yet, I'm just excited that its finally on its way..... in another month.. or so..... or more.... they said..... but you never can tell....
Just as I suspected. 7 replies and ONE that with a legitimate answer. I personally want to use Chrome. Most of the new "features" are trivial UI changes. And most of the UI changes, while prettier, decrease usability.

Just because one person thinks certain aspects are trivial doesn't mean others have to think that.
Having used a Galaxy Nexus for a couple months, as well as spending some time with the ICS leaks for the RAZR, I can say that I found most of the UI changes to increase usability. Different people will have different thoughts on that, but I liked them.
Personally, I'm looking forward to the UI changes, increased Gmail functionality, more camera options (and hopefully some improvements), as well as the ability to natively take screenshots.
Edit: And I'm looking forward to Webtop 3.0. I think there's a lot of potential there given the direction Motorola has chosen to take it.
I think the thing I will be excited about most is that there will not be any more threads about when ICS is coming to the Razr. (This thread not included, this is a legit question)
Course then the ones for Jelly Bean will start, what is the definition of insanity again???
Everything I have seen about ICS makes me excited to get it on the Razr, whenever it does get here. Don't think I could single one specific out.
I can only imagine how many threads about... do you have it yet??... will be started once it starts to push. But that's okay.. people are excited for this.
