What is the best voice transcription software?

Hello everyone,


I have little idea on Voice transcription, it is a software that can convert your voice into text. This was originally designed to assist the handicapped community, but has also been used for convenience. So, I am looking for a best voice transcription software which can allow me to convert any voice based podcasts into texts. Any idea on it, please share with me.

YouTube's transcriber is laughable at best. It's very hard to do, even for a company as big as Google.
