What happened to my keyboard? =(

I dont know what happened to my keyboard, I must have accidentally pressed something. I dont have a verizon phone, it is for metro pcs but it is an android phone, It was a swype qwerty keyboard and now it looks like this and doesnt swype.. anyone know what I can do..?

Try this: go into your phone settings, Apps, scroll down till you find that misbehaving app and touch it, hit the clear data button and hit the home button. Try to use your keyboard again and see if it is back to the way it should be.
