What happened to my album art

Upgraded to rooted GB, then rooted Deodexed GB, and for both versions of GB only half of my album art loads. I have an album cover in every album folder, but it won't use them for some reason, and there is no way to manually choose the album art in the stock player that I can find. Any help? I'm OCD about my phone and I can't use my music player without going crazy.

Weird, I downloaded it, located all of the album art with it, then go into my music player and the albums aren't populating, maybe I just need to wait.
