Here's my current setup

Stock Fascinate. Screen Shot It app. Smoke live wallpaper. One home screen only. All apps organized into folders. Huge battery life. Less hassel navigating functions. For the phone owners that don't want their memory crammed with apps spread across several partitions, but don't want to root, or add battery/memory draining launchers.

How do you insert these icon pics?

I believe the only way (if your not rooted) is to use a launcher like adw or launcher pro which you can get on the market free. Click and hold the down the icon you want to change (on the home screen) ,hit edit, and touch the icon. I have adw launcher because its more customizable but allot of people like launcher pro. Hope that helps.
