It's actually not a pre-made theme... I use Launcher Pro, the dock icons are launcher pro icons, the widget above it is a customized widget from "extended controls" and the clock at the top is from beautiful widgets. The text icons I just downloaded from Most Recent Icons | LauncherPro Icons (love that launcher pro lets you do your own icon pics... one reason I'll never go iPhone
