What controls the app run from the unlock screen?

I was wondering what controls the app that is run from the unlock screen. After installing Handcent, when I go to the camera it unlocks and gives me a search popup for Handcent. I would like it to go to the camera.

I am unlocked and rooted, but other than that I am stock.
