What bluetooth earpiece do you use?

I am wanting to purchase a new bluetooth earpiece. I use the Motorola H500 I got with my Droid 1 a couple years ago, but the problem is I have a hard time hearing the caller when driving. (yes, volume is all the way up) Would like something maybe that is louder, or goes into your ear to block out the car noise.
Something that would automatically pare with my Droid 3 when I turn it on. (what I use now, I have to manually connect it - kind of a pain)

Something I can afford please...

Thanks!

I use a Jabra Extreme 2. I think it was $80. A little pricey but just fantastic on every level. Newest technology. Works great with Vlingo and the other apps.

Plantronics 975. Best bluetooth out there. Multi point, noise cancel, crystal clear while driving with the windows down at 75. And I have never had one bit of static on it. Mine is 2 years old and still has a longer battery than any newer model I have tried from different companies.

I have a basic bluetooth earpiece by cellular. I paid $8.00 for it at Big Lots. Works fine for me. I use it several times a week while driving.
