What are you using to edit videos

hitfilm 4 express crashed twice during importing of a video file on my mac. So I am trying one of the other 2.

Davinci crashed on me as well. Shotcut so far is the only one working

I've already answered your question a few times elsewhere, but I'll do it again.

I use AVS - AVS4YOU Top-ranked multimedia tools: video converter, video editor, audio converter, audio editor, image converter and more.

Not the best, I'm sure, but it gets the job done for my needs.

Did you try iMovie or whatever the free Apple app is? I know Final Cut Pro has a price tag on it, but I've seen people say they get by with the free software.

Personally I may look into investing in filmora depending on reviews. The software works as far as the preview version, it comes recommended, but I see a lot of low ratings from regular users. And that throws up the red flag for an app that is $50.

As far as iMovie, YT editor is better. iMovie is not going to cut it.

The only problem with YT Editor is you can't add voice overs, which doesn't make much sense. I like Adobe Premiere. Works great on your phone, tablet or pc. It's free for mobile devices, but can be pricey for your pc depending on which version you buy. I've tried all of the main ones that are free and they all have their problems. From my experience you're going to have to spend some money if you want something reliable that consistently works well. That being said, you're using a Mac, which I'm also looking to pick up eventually for my video editing, so I'm looking forward to hearing your thoughts once you find one that works for you.

For the things I am doing I am not looking to shell out money unless I am making money. Ill try premier on the phone as I do a lot of editing on my device any way.
